Carlos Assante

Managing Director

Carlos received an MS in biotechnology enterprise and entrepreneurship from Rotman University. As an undergraduate, he attended Adelaide University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics. Prior to joining Rogvak, Carlos was a Senior VP at Lek Management Group, responsible for the acquisition and management of new clients. In addition, he helped evaluate existing private and venture clients, as well as other corporate-level decisions.

Stefany Andrews

Chief Technology Officer

Stefany joined Rogvak in 2022 and provides the technical vision that guides our global engineering, machine learning and infrastructure teams. As a proven transformational leader, Stefany has more than 20 years of innovative engineering and product development experience. Stefany spent the last six years focused on the HealthCare research domain. She is passionate about transforming data into insights and building high performing teams who operate on the cutting edge of technology.

Ben Garfield

Head of Market Intelligence

Ben leads the marketing and intelligence group, focusing on marketing strategy and bolstering the organization’s role as an innovative partner for improving customer and employee experiences. He drives cross-functional go-to-market efforts for all Rogvak products and services and the transformative stack platform. With over 15 years of industry experience at Fortune 500 companies and a background as at Oracle, Ben excels in communications, team building, and change leadership. His expertise spans research and technology, underscored by his prior role in communications at Lightspeed and Nielsen.

Maurits Pluhar

Global Head of Quality

Maurits is a 25-year industry veteran with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities. As Global Head of Quality, Maurits leverages her strong analytical and storytelling skills to drive insights and strategies for Rogvak’s ad research and measurement portfolio. Before joining Rogvak, Maurits was the Managing Director for the APAC region at Op4G, where she led a team of experts specializing in creative and media research quality. Before that, as an executive at Kantar, she focused on client leadership and consumer and shopper analytics.

Michael Doyle

Senior Director

Michael is dedicated to transforming research organizations. With over 15 years of experience in management and leadership, he leads the consulting business in driving financial and operational improvements. At Rogvak, Michael leads the consulting business that drives workforce optimization, revenue cycle enhancement, operations, and practice management. He empowers delivery teams to reimagine care delivery and the systems that support it.

Maria de Kroes

Director of Project Management

An accomplished research operations leader with over 12 years of experience in the market research industry, Maria is highly regarded by her peers for her passion and drive to get the best possible outcome for her clients. Before joining Rogvak, Maria was Head of Research and Insights at a digital growth service provider, Norstat. She holds a Master’s Degree focused in Business Strategy from the UNSW Business School.
